Marquis Food ServiceOakdale Recovery Center – Canton. 45 bed rehabilitation center in Canton. We prepare and deliver over 60,000 meals per year to the center. Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days per week. All meals prepared in our kitchen and delivered.
Diamond Jack River Tours – Detroit. Provides tours of Detroit river and sites, 3 boats. We provide all off site catering for their clients. Approximately 12,000 meals between May and October. All meals prepared at our kitchen and delivered, setup and served.
Talent Network – Exclusive caterer for one of southeast Michigan’s premier event companies. Events include BBQ’s for over 500 people, company picnics, private house parties, and large graduation functions.
